Refund & Warranty Policy — RYF Gear

Thank you for shopping with RYF! We stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully:


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all RYF gear (rash guards, shorts, leggings) from the date of delivery.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may return the item for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs).

To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must include original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


60-Day Replacement Guarantee

We also offer a 60-day replacement guarantee on all RYF gear.

If your item becomes defective in materials or workmanship under normal use within 60 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

Defects include:

Seams coming apart

Fabric tearing under normal use

Zipper or hardware failure

This guarantee does not cover:

Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents

Normal wear and tear

Alterations made after purchase

Photos of the defect

Once approved, we’ll send out a replacement item at no additional product charge.


Shipping & Handling

Return Shipping (30-Day Refunds)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect. Shipping rates vary depending on carrier, package weight, and destination.

We recommend using tracking and/or insurance for your return shipment—RYF is not responsible for lost return packages.

Replacement Shipping (60-Day Guarantee)

RYF will cover the shipping cost for replacements due to manufacturer defects.

Processing Times for regular orders.

Orders typically ship in 2–3 business days.

Delivery times vary by location:

Domestic: usually 5–7 business days

International: up to 15 days depending on customs and carrier


How to Return or Replace an Item

Item name

Reason for return or replacement

Photos (if defect)

We’ll issue a return authorization and instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement.


Important Notes

All refunds are issued in the original form of payment.

Sale, discounted, and promotional items follow the same policy unless otherwise stated at checkout.
